Our team is a group of talented engineers responsible for cultivating great customer relationships that grow Microsoft's businesses. Our vision is "A billion customers, engaging with us every day, and loving the value they get from Microsoft." We pursue this vision through our mission: we create the company’s richest knowledge of our customers; we engage customers through world-class lifecycle and loyalty programs that help them get the most from the company’s services; and we drive revenue growth for the company in both consumer and commercial businesses.

On top of this engineering asset, our primary goal is to grow an integrated Microsoft consumer business. The company has a great portfolio of businesses dedicated to addressing customer needs in diverse areas such as gaming, search, and productivity. Each of these needs is served by a unique brand (Xbox, Bing, Office…). Our opportunity is to integrate these service brands under the Microsoft brand umbrella, and to drive growth by engaging customers across the network of services.

We are looking for a senior leader to seize this incredible leadership opportunity and drive dramatic transformation in how Microsoft operates and grows. You need to work well with engineers to define features and ship them; work well with marketers to configure our assets with compelling content, offers, and experiences; and work well with analytics teams and systems to measure impact, draw insights, and define actions to drive more growth. You are building something unique: the integrated Microsoft consumer business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years program management experience across engineering, program management, business intelligence and analytics, and marketing
• MBA or similar advanced degree
• Innovative strategic thinking and ability to build a business
• Strong verbal and writing skills, and ability to build relationships across functions
• Critical analytical ability to break issues down, and then the creative thinking to synthesize back up into insights and actions
