Customer Care Intelligence is one of the most exciting and rapidly growing efforts within the business-focused AI portfolio within the AI&R (Artificial Intelligence & Research) Group. The team works with cutting edge research in Machine Learning, Conversational AI etc. to implement services such as virtual assistants, automated assistants for customer support agents, and contextual search services for key Enterprise customers. To grow quickly to the next level, Customer Care Intelligence is hiring aggressively for Engineering and Technical PM roles.
This job description is targeted to PMs at level 64 and 65 who are looking to drive products in some of the fastest growing technical fields, with a huge scope for market penetration and customer impact. To be successful, candidates should have an appetite for smart risk-taking, the growth mindset https://hbr.org/2016/01/what-having-a-growth-mindset-actually-means>, ability to acquire knowledge rapidly in multiple areas of AI, be conversant with engineering for highly-scalable systems, and be able to ‘simplify the complex’ into crisp and achievable goals. Candidates should also have a good understanding of the challenges of integration of advanced digital technologies into business systems and platforms. Prior exposure and background in contemporary Machine Learning field would be a big advantage. Other areas of prior experience are data pipelines and analytics, search, and knowledge engineering.
Core requirements for the role:
• Graduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• 8+ years’ experience in the Software Industry in Developer or
Program Manager disciplines
• Successful track record in delivery of cloud-based services
• Technical knowledge in Machine Learning strongly preferred
• Strong customer focus, with experience in driving business
productivity solutions for enterprises
• Strong focus on data-driven engineering, and ability to drive
impact based on metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
