PowerApps is revolutionizing the way business experts deliver line of business apps without the time and expense of custom software development. PowerApps Studio is fundamental to the core platform, enabling authors to build apps for web and mobile using their Excel and PowerPoint skills. We are looking for a Principal Program Manager deeply passionate with UX to lead the team that will drive the next generation app authoring experiences in PowerApps Studio.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of PowerApps creators at every stage of the funnel, from early acquisition through app development and sharing. You will also define the experience in integrating with other Microsoft products. You must be data driven, analyze usage, identify gaps and quickly turnaround to meaningful solutions that customers will appreciate.

You will closely partner with stakeholders including marketing, sales, content, customer success and support teams. You need to be customer obsessed and comfortable juggling through ambiguity. If you are looking for challenging and a highly visible role, come join the PowerApps team!

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of UX experience on web/mobile

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience shipping software at scale
• Shipped v1 products with good reviews
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong core technical skills, sound judgment, and ability to
thrive under ambiguity are crucial Background in business
