**Job Description:** As part of the Microsoft Hybrid Cloud Team, you will help transform the hybrid cloud market by bringing together the best technologies from Microsoft and Dell EMC. This team is responsible for the Dell Azure Stack integrated systems, the cloud applications designed to run on Azure, along with the Dell technologies that will deliver the best customer experience with Azure Stack. The Principal Program Manager will be responsible for program and project managing various stages of solution development for Dell EMC Microsoft Hybrid Cloud Team. Responsibilities and Deliverables: Manage full engineering/technical scope and various stages of one or more highly complex, high profile technical programs/projects as part of Hybrid Cloud Platforms program initiatives. Incorporate changes driven from both within and outside the program that affect immediate and long-range goals and objectives. Develop the engineering project plan, drive execution, and provide reports on development projects within the program. Represent engineering in the Core Team on overall goals, schedules and resources. Lead and/or manage multiple strategic teams, both internal and external to Dell EMC. Develop, define and manage execution of critical program elements. Lead priority setting and resource allocation relative to each program, project and/or initiative. Ensure issues are identified and appropriate actions are tracked and taken to resolution and closure. Drive and manage continuous improvement of solution development lifecycle process, practices and initiatives. Able to work independently. Work with existing tools when available and be able to create self-defined methods and processes to support Program Management when tools do not exist. Facilitate partner alignment and maintain multiple partner relationships with cross-functional Dell EMC groups to ensure successful completion of program deliverables. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have experience managing the full engineering/technical scope of a program from concept and design through delivery. This person will have experience utilizing all of the necessary tools to manage the program and coordinate the teams involved. Full understanding of software development life cycle models as well as practitioner level knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles. Proven track record of using Agile methodologies managing large, complex projects in high-tech development environments with multiple teams. Prior experience using Agile/Scrum framework with enterprise-level software development projects. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Systematic and strategic thinker with astute interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with the ability to make tough decisions to achieve goals. Strong program management skills; PMI certification is preferred. Strategic planning abilities. Ability to influence others to achieve results.
