The Identity Developer Platform Team is on a mission to deliver the platform for this new world of cloud applications. We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Manager with a passion for building high scale services to lead our effort in Microsoft Graph. This effort is key to the realization of Microsoft’s vision in developer platform space. Microsoft Graph is a unified API endpoint for accessing data, intelligence and insights coming from Microsoft Cloud. In this role, you will be expected to apply agile development methodologies in designing your components and writing high quality code that meets availability, scalability, performance and reliability goals. You will be required to create the right infrastructure and processes so that we can ship code into production in a rapid manner.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience in either C++, Java, or C#
• 5+ years of experience leading/managing an engineering team
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing, implementing and shipping complex commercial software products/services
• Ability to write secure, reliable & maintainable code and to test & debug it
• Experience leading high performing, efficient teams
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment
• Experience in building developer platform services and/or developer API is highly desired
