We are looking for talented Principal QA Engineer who will contribute to the testing of SecurID Access, our cutting-edge cloud and mobile delivered identity service. You will participate with a team of dedicated engineers using Agile processes to deliver rock solid quality software. You will evaluate and enhance our overall quality plan that encompasses cloud applications, high performance back end service and mobile applications and work with the scrum teams to identify and automate tests for the features in the product.
This position is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with at least 8 years of automation testing and at least 2+ years of experience with continuous-integration/continuous-delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual as well as an excellent team player who is hands-on and has experience in supporting and improving a continuous integration and delivery systems. The engineer should have a deep understanding of the latest software development and platform stacks. The engineer should have the mindset for automating every step of the development cycle to enable efficient code delivery into production in as short a timeframe as possible.
+ Automating system level and API tests using Selenium/TestNG/Junit based framework
+ Assist with coordination of testing efforts between multiple testing teams.
+ Track & analyze test results and work closely with the developers to isolate and reproduce defects.
+ Gather and analyze software quality and performance metrics throughout the software development life cycle.
+ Communicate status & issues in a timely fashion and manage escalations appropriately.
+ Knowledge and wide application of engineering and quality assurance principles, theories, and concepts
+ Excellent knowledge of automated testing technologies including Selenium, JUnit/TestNG.
+ Experience with testing SaaS solutions (Azure, AWS).
+ Experience/knowledge of the Continuous Integration (CI) test environments (Jenkins) and automation.
+ Knowledge of databases and directory technologies such as Active Directory.
+ Working knowledge of iOS and Android mobile platforms.
+ Security domain/security testing knowledge a big plus
+ Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies
+ Fosters teamwork and collaboration across work groups and with other organizations.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal skills, able to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
