The primary responsibility of PCA's Technology Coordinator is to facilitate the completion of projects coming into the Technology department. This includes documenting and estimating new functionalities, products, and deployments, while utilizing departmental resources to complete tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, the Technology Coordinator should develop and maintain familiarity with all current software applications in use. The Technology Coordinator provides assistance to users of all internal and external applications and systems while also collaborating with PCA staff on WorkSmart Suite related projects. The Technology Coordinator also supports PCA’s Sales staff for WorkSmart Suite projects and customer presentations.
