Wealth Management Operations
Global Wealth Management Operations provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. We apply our expertise in serving institutional clients to create new opportunities for people to achieve their personal financial goals. Morgan Stanley has one of the largest retail brokerage networks, with numerous worldwide representatives and retail locations. Our services are tailored to each client's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Products include mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments where appropriate, as well as banking, mortgages, insurance and annuities.
The Private Banking Operations (PBO) department provides Operational processing support for banking products offered to Morgan Stanley clients. This role is for an Analyst in the Bank Deposit Program (BDP) Sweeps and Settlements Team of Private Banking Operations with expertise dealing with client escalations for sweeps and cash settlements, and processing daily fund trades and cash settlements. Responsibilities include researching and resolving complex sweep client escalations, completing daily manual trades, exception processing, and settlements, and supporting complex projects relating to sweep and cash settlement initiatives.
This role requires high attention to detail and working under strict deadlines to support the BDP sweep product, and PBO cash settlements for Morgan Stanley. Candidate will be able to meet deadlines, execute functions in a controlled environment, deliver superior client service, and assist with planning, testing, and implementing several high profile Banking projects.
