Process Improvement Consultant- Lean Six Sigma

A Lean Six Sigma Strategy Consultant is responsible for looking a various projects and identifying process improvements.  They will use Extensive experience with: Identifying variation, taking a process view of a business (vs. functional view), reviewing the stability and capability of a process, conducting Voice of the Customer initiatives, identifying critical to quality (CTQ) characteristics, and understanding cause and effect and the difference between correlation and causation.  They will also work with root cause analysis, making data driven decisions, applying standardization, and understanding the cost of quality.  Morover they will be work to recognize the need to emphasize prevention vs. correction.
