Process Improvement Manager
Our client is hiring for a permanent Focused Improvement Manager job just north of Portland, ME. If you have solid experience managing process or continuous improvements within a manufacturing environment and like the idea of working for a global market leader, then you may be the perfect candidate! You will serve as the center of expertise for dissemination, guidance and implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies. The Focused Improvement Manager Job Responsibilities: Establish, deploy, execute and govern the improvement plan with a focus on methodology, training, coaching Support the definition of FI structure at the Factory level and ensure alignment with the other Pillars Train and coach the factory leaders, project leaders and other as needed on the FI methodologies Report status and results of projects to relevant managers and stakeholders Ensure that the benefits generated by the projects are properly measured and that the impact on total costs are effectively validated Check adherence to FI methodology, provide support, create alignment, and review the FI drivers & actions with the Factory Interact with the Executive Team, Factory Managers, Pillar Leaders, Department Managers, TPM Managers, Focused Improvement Teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified with DMAIC knowledge 2 or more years leading Six Sigma/DMAIC project and coaching others on DMAIC Knowledge of TPM, with advanced understanding of the FI Pillar and methodologies and a basic grasp of PM, AM and ET pillars Prior leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience in operations Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment a plus Strong grasp of the business with highly developed analysis, influencing , and change management skills Basic understanding of Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety, and Costing Compensation Package: $90,000 to $100,000 salary based on education, experience, and other qualifications Eligible for bonus Relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and MORE If you are interested in this Focused Improvement Manager job just north of Portland, ME, then please send your resume in Word .doc format to Craig.MacDonald@adeccona.com.
