The Process Management Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day vendor management of the Learning Administration support provided by Alight Solutions. The Learning service delivery associate manager will report to the Director, Alight Demand Management & Learning Service Delivery. This role is accountable for the day-to-day oversight and management of the learning relationship with Alight Solutions. The successful candidate is experienced with working in a dynamic environment including interacting with varying levels across the organization and has experience managing and evolving operational processes.

  • Supporting the Learning Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in the day-to-day oversite of the learning relationship & domain
  • Managing the activity forecast process with the groups supported by Alight Solutions
  • Monitoring performance metrics and SLAs
  • Leverage call center data to drive process efficiencies and improvements
  • Consult and partner with gatekeepers from supported groups to drive adherence to learning administration standards
  • Consult and liaise with Alight Solutions, HR Technology and supported gatekeepers to manage and resolve issues.

  • 3-5 years experience with operations management, vendor management and leadership
  • Proven track record with enhancing the customer experience
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate business issues, present relevant analytics and frame innovation, creative solutions
  • Strong project & process management skills
  • Highly collaborative; flexibility and adaptability; efficient and effective self-management
  • Proven ability to influence multiple levels of stakeholders; organizational savvy; excellent networker, strong external focus
  • Sets a high bar or themselves and others; driven to achieve high standards
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong strategic thinking & analytical skills
  • Advanced technical proficiency using Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Visio and Access)
  • Working experience managing talent programs a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
