The Candidates for this team will be responsible for administrating a new product designed for distribution through multiple lines of business: Guaranteed Income for Tomorrow (GIFT). Unlike traditional distribution methods for annuities, the team will be supporting products that are not sold through Financial Professionals, and as such, the candidates for this position will be required to have a more comprehensive understanding of the product and its benefits. The team will be working with both new and prospective customers, providing customer service and pre-sales support. Given the scope of the team’s responsibilities, ideal candidates for this role should demonstrate the ability to be a customer advocate, creative problem solver and versatile communicator.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • State insurance licenses required or obtained within 30 days of hire
  • 3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Operations experience preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience a plus
  • Must be receptive to change and detailed performance feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, drives deliverables and meets all required deadlines
  • Flexibility with your schedule
