Adecco Engineering & Technology is currently recruiting for a Direct Hire Process Test Engineer to work onsite at our client located at Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate requires Design skills, CAD knowledge. This position will also be interfacing frequently with clients and management. Additional responsibilities include:
Process Test Engineer Responsibilities include:
Develop new production processes and refine existing processes to improve production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers, gauge the adequacy of engineering equipment and tooling to support processes. .
Develop work instructions, assess work instruction and effectiveness by soliciting observations from leads and operators work with Quality to audit adherence to work instructions and training comprehensive.
Design or Specify tooling/equipment to meet customer requirements. Develop associated processes. Ensure solutions meet project cost and timing targets.
Perform Gauge R&R, Design of Experiment.
Provide technical inputs for incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Bachelors Degree in related field with Two to Four years of experience.
Test/ Product/ Software Engineer that tests product via SQL, Open Test, and Lab Ware processes.
Ability to evaluate, diagnose and trouble shoot problems.
Knowledge of IT platforms, database design and programming languages appropriate to area.
Knowledge of testing software, processes and methodologies and failure analysis.
Debugging is a good skill to have as the ideal candidate comes from an electrical or software engineering background.
Testing the functionality of the end product that can range from Wi-Fi to Bluetooth,
