Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining and supporting our global procure to pay system, including workflows and provide system reporting
  • Develop working relationships with key stakeholders to define their requirements, and develop the strategic sourcing processing strategy
  • Manage Global Card Program for approximately $100M-$150M in annual spend, supporting over 3K cards in force.
  • Support the processing of all global expense reports and provide reporting on all card programs
  • Configure systems to support a streamlined and standardized process and provide training on system
  • Provide guidance and oversight of expense voucher continuous audit, ensuring compliance with global policy
  • Maintain a processing environment that is controls focused and support team through audit process
  • Manage a team of people to support the above functions

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adjust priorities as necessary

  • A strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail; work with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a shared service environment
