A Complaint Analyst job in Mahwah, NJ is currently available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technology. To be considered for this job you must have at least 2 years of experience investigating product complaints in an FDA regulated environment, preferably Medical Device or Pharmaceutical. This is a long term contract opportunity to work with a leader in the field of innovative implant-based dental restorations. This is an immediate opening for our client who is willing to interview the right candidate as soon as possible.
Complaint Analyst job responsibilities include:
Manage the end to end process of customer complaints including utilization of the database systems used to process complaints
Fill out Medical Device Reports (MDR) decision trees when needed once sufficient information is available and after Manager of Quality Controls reviews and approves.
Contribute to the business-wide quality strategy and quality objectives
Work with multiple departments to investigate complaints
Maintain systems to monitor and facilitate the timely investigations to ensure complaints are investigated and completed in a timely manner.
At least 2 years of working experience working with complaints in a regulated environment.
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
