Product Director, Consumer Marketing, HIV will:
- Be responsible for
the development of an integrated U.S. direct to consumer and allied healthcare
professional (AHCP) marketing strategy, directing all marketing activities and
the design, planning and execution of all promotional programs for consumer and
AHCP audiences to support marketplace success within the HIV market.
- Be responsible for
design and implementation of personal promotional programs for AHCPs and
educational programs for individuals living with HIV delivered by the Community
Liaison team and must work closely with the Sales and Community Liaison functions.
- Be responsible for the
strategy, content and compliant management of the Community Speaker’s Bureau, will oversee franchise digital and
social strategy & measurement, and will partner closely with PR /
Communications to align strategies and activities.
- Work closely with
multiple functions including Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Commercial
Insights & Strategy, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, Communications,
Regulatory, HCC, North America Pharma affiliates, and outside vendors in order
to effectively execute key commercial activities.
- Develops an
integrated direct to consumer & AHCP business plan for HIV. Develops
brand strategies and tactics and establishes annual Marketing Plans, including
direct to consumer media plans.
- Plans promotional
programs and services to enhance patient and stakeholder support.
- Leads patient
segmentation to identify key market opportunities and develops relevant
campaign messaging to activate patients. Coordinates promotional activities
with sales management.
- Partners with Sales Learning
& Development on training requirements and execution for both field sales
and field medical teams.
- Supports franchise
team cross-functional initiatives.
- Responsible for
budget maintenance to support financial objectives.
- Tracks and monitors
monthly performance of franchise digital, social and direct to patient efforts
and recommends correction/enhancements as needed.
- Continually assesses
competitive landscape and responds accordingly.
- Works within
regulatory and HCC guidelines to achieve goals.
- Work closely with
Director of Marketing and Finance to ensure appropriate resources and
organizational alignment are available to capitalize on short-term and
long-term business opportunities.
- BA/BS required.
- A minimum 7 years business experience (e.g. Sales,
Marketing, Management, etc) of which 3 years demonstrated marketing experience
and proven performance is required.
- Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing and
previous digital marketing experience preferred.
- Experience with product launches and/or multi-brand
portfolio strategy & management preferred.
- People management preferred.
- Experience directing and managing advertising agencies
and demonstrated leadership capabilities required.
