This is an exciting role to manage Dell's Networking Product Line management for North America.  The role will help develop product strategy to win market share and drive financial results for Dell's networking portfolio. The role leadership and strategic thinking with good understanding of the networking products and solution opportunities in the NA market. It also requires to drive a winning collaborative culture across several cross functional teams that support sales teams in region.
The networking manager will have key deliverables including driving product portfolio enablement, leading product launches and creating programs for sales execution
Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy to win networking market share and achieve balanced financial performance in NA.
  • Identify market opportunities; analyze growth areas and market gaps by region and customer; create plans to drive growth premium in identified areas working with  sales and  marketing
  • Drive sales enablement; create programs to significantly improve networking selling capability, create compelling events and competitive plays to achieve acquisition of new buyers, increase share of wallet with existing customers
  • Drive channel growth working with channel sales team to define volume configurations for stock and sell, drive pricing alignments and drive channel value proposition
  • Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly BMS and cadence to drive focused execution to plan goals
  • Drive cross functional leadership across marketing, sales, product and pricing teams to orchestrate networking success in region.
 Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in driving product or brand marketing or enterprise product sales
  • Experience in product management for technology products, software or solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of the networking products and solutions market  
  • Proven ability to develop and execute to plan
  • Successful candidates will be located in Austin
