Role Summary:

The Product Management Integration Manager will become the M&A integration expert in GE Digital for the function. The person hired into this position will be responsible for supporting and coaching product management and product marketing leadership and assigned integration teams to create a combined market strategy and "go to market" messaging for the targeted solution space.

Essential Responsibilities:

In essence, this person will be responsible for supporting the integration of the product management strategies and roadmaps for all M&A integrations executed by GE Digital.

This is a key position in GE to drive integration innovation, thought leadership, and value for our customers and shareholders.

In this role you will:

+ Coach the acquisition specific Product Management integration leaders on the development and execution of integration plans

+ Lead the development of an integration toolkit comprising comprehensive and effective tools, templates, processes, integration portals and management reports that facilitate ongoing and future acquisitions

+ Develop a comprehensive view of existing operational practices across the new acquisitions

+ Maintain a working knowledge of current and proposed GE DIGITAL best practices, emerging issues and compelling events to determine how to evolve the integration process

+ Build a strong network across all pillars of the GE Digital organization: Platform, Applications, etc. by interacting with Product Management leadership and teams

+ As required, partner with the Business Development team to provide integration insights during the due diligence process particularly focused on Product management and the product roadmap

+ Collaborate, develop and execute integration concepts with business teams

+ Train integration teams on integration planning and tools

+ Continually review the entire deal process for integration implications and best practices

+ Work with the GE initiative leaders, and be current on the emerging market and technology trends to stay ahead of changing integration requirements.

+ Work with other integration leaders, including Development teams, to help prioritize work/ manage backlog/plan releases/advise on deployment plans forr the integrated product line

+ With the Product line leaders, Product Marketing and the assigned deal integration teams, help to develop the market message that articulates the integrated solution vision, and develop a plan to train the sales force to deliver that message

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology

+ 5 years of experience working in the technology industry or in product organizations that serve similar industries.

Desired Characteristics:

+ Experience in acquisition integration in a product management Workstream of a large complex multi-national company

+ Experience in asset performance management or manufacturing applications as well as operational intelligence, data security, real-time and predictive analytics

+ Experience in industrial domains such as energy, healthcare, aviation, oil & gas

+ Strong grasp and focus on usability; experience in driving UI focused products including operational intelligence/business intelligence platforms; experience working closely with UI design team to drive UI task flows and have preferably participated in usability testing

+ Understanding of the existing Internet of Things (IoT) landscape, ecosystem and enterprise software market opportunities is a strong plus

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, sales, engineering, and the management team

+ Strong technical background with the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and communicate the business values to the field and customers

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills

+ Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple parties in order to deliver a product

+ Proven organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently; detail oriented

+ Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences

+ Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team\#DTR
