Currently, PIDSA has an immediate opening for a Product Management Intern. What You’ll Get to Do:
Assist product managers in day to day activities and projects related to promotion of products to Housing/Construction industry. Draft, edit and review product documentation, -- specifications, brochures, catalogs – may create application guidelines and expand website resources to streamline product support. May document project status and action required list and update project dashboards.
Technical Writing (30%)
- Work with product & marketing management to create and design application guides.
- Draft and improve new and existing product documentation -- specifications, brochures, catalogs, application instructions, and others.
Technical Support (30%)
- May assist in addressing customer product inquires and compliance issues.
- Assist in the development of product training materials for both sales staff and customers
Qualifications: What You'll Bring: Education & Experience
- May assist management in the preparation of reports on product and sales
- May assist in the research of market, competition and customer information.
- May assist in project management of specific projects by documenting customer activity, keeping track of action items, and prioritizing next steps.
A college intern entering into their junior, senior year or a recent graduate with a major in Marketing, Business Management or Architecture. Know How:
Prior experience in business or project management is preferred. Experience in architecture or materials or civil engineering a plus. Successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Communications:
