Current Need

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible to drive unified planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle across Connected Care & Analytics

How would you like to surprise and delight business customers, each and every day? We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help us revolutionize healthcare while playing a key role in building out our data platform. This data platform is in the early stages of development, so you will be in on the ground floor to help mold an exciting opportunity at RelayHealth.

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead in helping to develop the strategy, understanding business problems for the varying customers to deliver detailed, crisp business requirements for platform products and programs. You will be responsibility of product success end-to-end!

You will lead in a matrix reporting structure across and at time outside of the organization. You will also work side by side with a talented team of product managers, UX, program managers, and software developers in an agile environment launching new products while managing launched products concurrently. You’ll own product roadmaps build and management, coordinate and drive cross product line development efforts from design through release, and perform deep analytics on customer facing products that define the next generation platform at RelayHealth. You will collaborate across functions to evolve full alignment, go to market readiness and ongoing success throughout rolling launches.


Position must be located in Waltham or Hadley, MA

Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing

Critical skills
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience in the software or high tech industry
• Excellent strategic-tactical product “CEO” owner orientation with demonstrated success through multiple successful product release cycles via collaboration that created innovative and user-friendly products that solve key customer problems
• Experience collaborating to synthesize complex ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate it
• Technical fluency with previous experience understanding and discussing architectural concepts, scheduling tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards making user experience driven decisions that are grounded in data and user analysis.
• Proven ability to make smart feature decisions versus time-to-market trade-offs
• Strong experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business value.
• Experience evaluating pricing and packaging alternatives to maximize product revenue
• Experience working directly with both marketing and client services/support teams to develop go to market plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management

Addition Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in a business environment, along with a proven ability to prioritize, organize and deliver on commitments
• Strong healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to ensure a great customer experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Education
• MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
