About the Team
Our Analytics Product Management team is growing and seeking a product manager who is experienced in financial reporting and analytics.

About the Role
• Combines functional and reporting knowledge in financial systems to design software and deliver reports and reporting features
• Owns and develops financial reporting and analytics features from design to execution, ensuring on time and high quality delivery.
• Plans feature releases and champions product area roadmaps. Tracks and reports progress of features against key milestones.
• Keeps feature stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle.
• Acts as a liaison to relevant parties, including development, QA, documentation, product support, and other internal stakeholders, to facilitate the release process.
• Presents feature specifications and best practices to internal stakeholders, customers, prospects and implementation partners.
• Leads individual and group customer meetings to solicit requirements and product feedback.
• Manages customer escalations and production issues, mitigating functional challenges and improving customer satisfaction.

About You
• You have a solid understanding of end user reporting and people analytics.
• You are someone who will bring a new perspective and fresh ideas - a team player who is passionate about how and why reports are built.
• 4+ years' experience as a financial reporting business analyst, product manager or consultant.
• Experience with end user reporting tools, logical data models, and financial and operational analytics.
• Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: accounting and finance, management reporting and analysis, procurement, expenses, revenue, projects and cash management.
• Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments.
• Experience with Tableau, Visier, Qlik, Oracle BI, PowerBI, MicroStrategy and/or Cognos is a plus.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent.
