The Product Manager, Integrated Pharmacy – Refill Services plays a vital role on a team accountable for creating and implementing differentiated digital product strategies, pilots, and offerings to best position the company over the next several years. Working closely with members of the entire Digital organization and with business, operations, and IT leaders from across the organization, this individual will focus on executing the plan that will bring the vision for the integrated pharmacy and health experience to life.
Areas of responsibilities:
Drive the definition, development and deployment of digital capabilities for Refill Services that substantially enhance the consumer/member experience and address CVS Health’s strategic and financial objectives in this high profile and fast growing initiative within the company.
Refill Services for the Integrated Pharmacy Experience include:
o Refill checkout flow
o Refill payments
o Guest refill
o Home delivery
o Channel choices(Retail to Mail, Specialty to In-store pickup)
o and more.
Create the Refill Services Roadmap alongsidethe Sr. Manager and the rest of the team.
Work with SMEs and other experts to determine business requirements (PODs) andgain alignment with management and stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams through the product development cycle for Refill Services from project requests, concepts, wireframes, visual designs, business and functional requirements, UAT to successful deployment.
Develop product expertise for Refill Services across Retail, Caremark and Specialty pharmacy business units.
Become an expert on competitive and industry models for Refill Services.
Develop collaborative relationships across the organization in order to effectively manage cross-functional teams, ensure customer satisfaction of stakeholders and clear communication with IT partners.
Work closely with the digital analytics team to define success metrics, monitor KPIs and optimize the experience with an objective to improving the KPIs.
