This Product Management role works with our business partners and across our Digital teams to optimize MinuteClinic digital channels to deliver the highest levels of digital engagement. This role leads MinuteClinic digital integration and optimization strategies, works cross functionally to plan and deliver market insights, product roadmap, requirements, and GTM plans.
This role provides product management leadership working collaboratively with our MinuteClinic business partners to deliver market driven integrated product strategies and executes on the roadmap.
Leads web optimization initiatives; developing and execution on optimization roadmap Manages MinuteClinic digital messaging programs working with key stakeholders in the development and execution of new or optimization initiative requirements and managing the messaging vendor relationship.
Writes and develops business analytics requirements in partnership with key business stakeholders and the digital analytics team driving continuous improvement of business insights (business dashboard) Collaborates with Digital Adoption team to jointly develop and manage MinuteClinic specific digital adoption roadmap
Acts as point of contact for Digital production support, managing communication and status with key business stakeholders Manages usability and consumer research initiatives for key roadmap and innovation projects working cross-functionally with key stakeholders
Supports usability testing for roadmap initiatives in the Test phase to ensure key business objectives are met.
Leading web optimization roadmap development and execution (working with creative, analytics, and other key stakeholders)
Managing MinuteClinic messaging programs and messaging vendor relationship
Collaborating with Digital Analytics team to develop business analytics requirements in partnership with key stakeholders driving continuous improvement of digital business insights and evaluating KPIs to ensure key business objectives are met.
Collaborating with MinuteClinic marketing on digital deliverables in support of Marketing initiatives
Leading MinuteClinic digital adoption initiatives in collaboration with enterprise digital adoption teams
Managing digital usability and consumer research projects engaging UX and consumer research resources
Monitoring operational issues and addresses incoming CVS.com/MinuteCliic.com issues for timely resolution
Participating in testing (UAT) of new products prior to deployment
