In this product management group, we are looking for a seasoned leader to lead technical field enablement for the entire IaaS business. You will be the primary leader with tabs on all elements of our technical enablement. You will create and lead the training sessions, measurements; business reviews; planning and methodical analysis. Your ability to work across sales, engineering, customer success and marketing organizations seamlessly and effectively will define your success.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be as follows -
• Define, build and execute on the technical training programs for the global IaaS business with engineering and sales leadership teams.
• Drive various internal training and enablement programs with Oracle Sales and Partner teams.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to Oracle customers and sales reps to drive adoption of Oracle IaaS Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product management teams to define the product road map, market positioning, and technical enablement program initiatives

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage the team that is responsible for training Oracle's most technical sellers, including Sales Consultants and Enterprise Cloud Architects. As a Senior Principal PM in the product management division, you will lead enablement initiatives that will help meet our customer satisfaction and revenue goals. You will also gather and analyze information to define product specifications, initiate and foster relationships with other groups, review product documentation and collateral and ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. You will also assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives and regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met Demonstrated.
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
