Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to assume the role of ‘Product Manager’ responsible for integration of Schneider portfolio of solutions as well as 3 rd party systems and applications into our EcoStruxure Building Operation software solution. Position is located in our Andover, MA, United States location.

The role provides a critical resource to develop the vision, strategy, and prioritization for the needed APIs, technology integrations, and system communication in order to facilitate integration of EcoStruxure Building with all EcoStruxure domain solutions such as EcoStruxure Power, EcoStruxure IT, and EcoStruxure Grid and others; as well as integration of third-party applications, IoT devices, and systems. This role ensures a clear roadmap of capabilities that delivers on the connected and open nature of the EcoStruxure Building platform.

The role will also serve to work with developer partners to promote their solutions; to evangelize the solution marketplace and to promote customer successes both within Schneider Electric and externally. This person will be responsible for developing clear messaging, marketing and positioning for the EcoStruxure open platform for buildings and ensure their consistent application across marketing deliverables.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our team with hands-on experience in building management systems, systems architecture, and systems integration. The role will focus on listening to customers and gathering requirements, defining strategy, identifying potential offerings and supporting product features. You will identify business value by assessing customers’ willingness to pay, through customer interactions and competitive analysis. You will work to understand market trends on both the technology and competitive landscape. You will contribute to the development of business plans and new offer strategy. You will work and collaborate closely with product managers of respective systems and applications that will be integrated into EcoStruxture Building platform.

In this role you will work across development teams in the line of business and with Schneider’s core Building Management system and customer technology groups. You need to be driven, responsible, and curious with a track record of successful execution and delivery of products to market. You’re excited about designing and implementing solutions while also keeping pace with the market and engaging customers to understand their needs.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, technical computing or related field.
- MBA is a plus

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on product management.
- Experience with building management systems and architectures
- Experience with cross solution/platform integration with joint marketing
- Proven track record of shipping high performance and scalable solutions.
- Applied experience with product management skills - pricing, market and competitive analysis, strategic planning
- Experience of working with HVAC technology and building management solutions is preferred
- Experienced agile practitioner
- Ability to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills

- Strong leadership, project planning and execution skills
