  • Responsible for product management of transparency suite of products
  • Managing all releases from start to finish in an agile environment
  • Ensure all releases are on scope, on time, and on budget
  • Build and develop detailed requirements and designs that adhere to a broad client base
  • Maintain close working relationships with Development and QA leads
  • Manage a core team of 2-3 business analysts
  • Development of functional and technical designs in collaboration with technical leads
  • Collaborate with product owners to develop realistic and achievable product roadmaps
  • Manage and navigate thru frequent changes and competing priorities
  • Enforce adherence and encourage continuous improvement of processes
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and collect feedback and deliver product improvements
  • Understand client delivery methodology and develop product configuration templates for consumption by delivery teams to enable smooth and rapid client deployments
  • Manage risk and issues and make data driven decisions
  • Overall responsibility of all product documentation

  • Healthcare transparency experience is a PLUS
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Experience with designing workflow and reporting solutions
  • Proven track record demonstrating ability to design complex system solutions from business requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate cross- functional project team collaboration
  • Ability to navigate within a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences and all levels of the organization
  • Specific technologies (preferred, not required): ASP.NET, SQL, Java, Windows Architecture [IIS, Windows Server], Microsoft Office Expertise, SAP/Oracle Apps
  • Experience or knowledge of pharmaceutical industry a plus
  • Ability to navigate within a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change
  • In charge to write detailed technical requirements and develop Jira EPICS defined by Product Owners in Jira STORIES
  • In charge to set operational, performance and industrialization expectations (Configurability, Reponses Time, Time to deploy, Effort to maintain, Upgradability)
