At the cross-section of Microsoft 365 is a focus on helping customers deploy and manage their technology infrastructure investments across Windows 10, Office 365 Pro Plus, and Enterprise Mobility Suite. We offer eligible customers a service called FastTrack which is designed to help global businesses realize business value faster with the Microsoft Cloud. This customer success service is a large investment we make jointly with enterprise customers on their journey to the cloud and its impact is significant as we onboard thousands of companies every month!

We are looking for someone who absolutely loves marketing and enjoys the challenge of defining the future of our FastTrack program investments. Specifically, this role will:
•Lead the Microsoft FastTrack Marketing programs centered on defining v-next of the program. Work across stakeholders to include the technical, business and customer inputs in the project.
•Ensure the voice of the customer is central to our work by managing research projects to test the value proposition and key messages with IT Pro’s and share learning across the leadership team.
•Drive FastTrack announcement readiness across major enhancements including updated service delivery, additional workload capabilities, and expansion to new markets across the v-team
•Be the resident expert on all things related to the outbound marketing of FastTrack with a sharp focus on consistency of message, sun setting out of date programs, and driving cross company alignment
•Develop marketing content and materials for use across IT Pro evangelism and build playbook resources for global execution of FastTrack Marketing in subsidiaries
•Evangelize success through partnering with a variety of marketing engines including our Global Engagement Programs, Relationship Marketing and storytelling thru analyst relations

•Minimum of 4 years’ experience in consulting, product marketing, or GTM
•Smart. Intellectually curious. Culturally plugged in. Problem solver. Great storyteller and writer. Confidence to speak up for customers and partners across marketing and engineering
•Familiarity with Enterprise IT Pro’s and how to market to them within or outside Microsoft
•Attention to detail and ability to stay cool under pressure are key – Landing quality deliverables builds credibility across stakeholders and attention to detail is critical for success
•Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and self-starter comfortable in ambiguous situations
•A superior cross-team collaborator with a successful track record of leading and motivating cross-company virtual teams to drive action and clear results
•Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required. MBA or equivalent experience a plus
•International travel is required for this role
