OfficeTeam Strategic Accounts is currently looking for an experienced Product Operations Administrator for a Travel company in San Jose, Ca. This is a 4 month opportunity with possible extension.
This position requires the ability to read, comprehend and enter detailed contract information into the company's database, to make hotel inventory (guestrooms) available for sale through reservations. Once the information is entered, the Product Ops Administrator must also answer questions about these contracts and information loads for reservations as they sell vacations to Travel agents. Responsibilities: • Working multiple email inboxes, handling a flow of emails from internal and external customers, replying to all emails same business day. • Updating inventory based on vendor requests, dealing with questions in regards to bugs, issues, and other concerns from all customers. • Manage the processing of reservation confirmations and change advising to from hotel vendors. This includes inputting confirmation numbers, identifying problems such as incorrect information, and researching and providing solutions to such problems. Resolve other operational issues
