About the Team
Our Analytics Product Management team is growing and seeking a product reporting analyst who is experienced in HR reporting and analytics.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with HCM product managers to analyze reporting requirements and develop reporting content.
  • Create HCM reports and dashboards using Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Coordinate development efforts with software engineers to test and apply new reporting features to deliver reports and dashboards to complement our human capital management solution.
  • Review, comment, follow-up, and target bug and enhancement requests.
  • Be a point of contact for key stakeholders such as services, production support, training, documentation, and sales support.
  • Work effectively within and across teams to get things accomplished.

About You
  • You have a solid understanding of end user reporting and people / manager analytics.
  • You are someone who will bring a new perspective and fresh ideas - a team player who is passionate about how and why reports are built.
  • 2+ years' experience as an HR reporting business analyst or consultant.
  • Experience with end user reporting tools, logical data models, and HR and operational analytics.
  • Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: HR staffing, benefits, compensation, talent, learning and recruiting.
  • Required characteristics:  fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments.
  • Experience with Tableau, Visier, Qlik, Oracle BI, PowerBI, MicroStrategy and/or Cognos is a plus.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent.

This position is based in Pleasanton, CA.
