We are actively recruiting for an Oregon based experienced Strategic Customer Account Manager.

The Oregon based Account Manager will be responsible for leading a cross functional technical and commercial product specific customer engagement programs. This individual will have oversight of or be a critical stakeholder in:

Key Responsibilities;

  • Ensuring best possible customer experience amidst the broad degree of interactions and touch points
  • Drives the customer technical engagements in coordination with the local technical program manager, process engineers and site operations
  • Ownership of capital equipment competitive selections
  • Informal and formal customer technical and program meetings at every level (working level, manager level & executive level)
  • Manage Product demonstrations
  • Customer contract negotiations
  • Forecast management
  • Internal program alignment

  • Communicate and present Applied Materials' product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer's technology needs to product business group representatives
  • Commitment to customer and internal responsiveness (e.g., quotes, proposals, lead-time and product details)
  • Maintains an organized library of documentation specific to the product area responsibilities
  • Drives and maintains the customer engagement calendar of activities

Desired Qualifications;
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment industry (sales, business development, technology)
  • Direct sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 - 10 Years of Experience
