Position is focused on providing sales and implementation support of Anthem's Segment Solutions product lines, i.e, Anthem Act Wise CDH, Anthem Engage and others as launched in market. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation process for Commercial Large Group clients, re-implementation and termination process for complex renewal Accounts, and interfacing with Sales and Account Management teams. Responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products. Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses. Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development. Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies. Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients. Leads transition from pre-sale to post sale and implementation with both internal sales/account management teams and external vendors. Documents and maintains sold product information to support end to end implementation. Supports client customization processes associated with end to end implementation and upon renewal. Serves as intermediary between sales/account management and any external parties to translate technical information into layperson's terms and vice-versa for customers. WGS large group or National implementation experience preferred.
Position posted to any Anthem location. Preference given to qualified candidates residing in Central Market states.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 4-6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Health or managed care experience preferred.
