The Product Specialist within Wells Fargo Advisors reports to the Advisory Senior Product Manager and is responsible for supporting the Firm Branded marketing & communication efforts for Product Marketing & Communications team. This is primarily a support role, and will be tasked with assisting the Senior Product Manager and other Product Managers on the team. The role also involves interacting and creating strong partnerships with the Advisory Services Group, Business Development Group, Channel Relationship Management and Compliance and providing solutions to their product communications needs. This role will assist in the publishing and distribution of Firm approved communications and existing marketing materials. The Product Specialist has the primary responsibility for:
•Publishing and maintaining InfoMAX websites
•Compliance Review and recordkeeping
•Distribution of Marketing Materials for Investment & Advisory Products (internal and client facing)
•Implementation for product communications to FAs/home office (conference calls, newsletters, e-mails, internal desks training)
•Manage multiple small projects and provide project support on larger scale initiativesRequired Qualifications
