Robert Half is working with a client out of Campbell, CA for a support analyst with experience supporting end users specifically using MS iis servers and sql server for troubleshooting. This support analyst will be the second level of support for this companies' software products. This company uses ServiceNow to track tickets and an understanding with any ticketing system should be fine. Typical client issues require this analyst to recreate software issues and walk through the process backward. Typically this company will speak with a client and try to resolve their issue by recreating their environment on iis servers. There is an element of understanding a SQL database that can be helpful but isn't totally necessary to have prior. The current team is made up of two analysts and this will be the third member of the team. There is a rotating shift either: 6am – 3pm or 8am – 5pm. This is an increase in headcount as this business is expanding rapidly. Candidates should have at least 4+ years in a support analyst type of position and should also have strong experience modifying and working with Sql server. We will be conducting interviews in our office on Thursday – 11/17.
