The Production Analyst reports to the Operations Manager of the region. The Region includes the countries in the northern cone of South America, Caribbean, and Central America, 10 Rx Labs in February 2016. This role will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager, gathering data, preparing analyses, creating and maintaining reports as required by the organization, which includes mainly partner companies.

Consolidate, analyze and publish the Rx production KPIs and reports of the NOCCA laboratories, within the deadlines
Identify and suggest improvement areas
Implement reporting process within new entities
Coordinate detailed analysis and actions plan within lab
All other duties assigned by management within scope of this position

Production monthly indicators (Volumes, Yield, Cost per lens, Service level, key consumables consumption, productivity, etc.)
Breakage detailed reports
Equipments park and capacity reports
Investment analysis
Global one time request

Identify improvement areas
Suggest action plans for the labs
Manage the follow-up
Use the global network, benchmark activities

Present KPI and implementation planning to entities joining NOCCA
Identify local actors
Support first local reporting

Onsite support for critical locations, to analyze deeply and define corrective actions
Support labs with LEAN manufacturing programs, water programs, continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (ie: Industrial/Engineering); and/or equivalent experience in a related field
2-4 years work experience in production or support to production sites
Rx Lab knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced)
Proficiency in other Microsoft Office
A self motivator, eager to learn and grow
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners
Excellent written and verbal communications; fluency in English and Spanish is required
Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Availability for international travel, up to 25% annually
