  • Assisting in developing and publishing controlled documents and reports (Standard Operating Procedures, batch production records, logbooks, standalone record sheets, quality assurance in-process review sheets, quality assurance physical attribute forms, etc.) to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Providing assistance, including scribing during internal and regulatory inspections, as needed.

  • Scribing documents into approved formats. Developing, editing and formatting documents and reports (templates and forms).

  • Routine auditing of existing documents to ensure they are accurate and complete.

  • Assist with QMS electronic document system/s

  • Assist with QMS Internal Audit Program such as coordination of audit scheduling, assurance of audit completion, follow-up with corrective action activities.

  • Assist with special projects to improve QMS systems as assigned.

  • Assist in the development and preparation of work instructions, procedures, policies, forms and other QMS documentation.

  • Assist with the Risk Management Program and assist with activities surrounding completion of risk matrix.

  • Assist with corrective action and preventative action documentation and follow-up with their activities and closures Assist in the maintenance of the gage calibration system 

            Perform other duties as assigned.


-High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred

-0-3 years Quality/Admin required

-Prior auditing/auditing (GFSI scheme) experience preferred

-Strong computer and database skills

-Ability to read and follow directions

-Ability to work with minimal supervision
