About the job:
As a Production Coordinator, you will work directly with the homeowners, property managers, tenants, program work and insurance companies from initial call to job completion including scheduling all appointments with homeowners and technicians. Production Coordinator is responsible for communicating and enforcing company job site safety rules and procedures. PC will work with the team and support emergency responses on remediation and restoration project to ensure the goals and needs or our customers are met at times 24/7 when on call rotation.
Understanding of losses from initial call to completion including carpet reinstall.
Vender and subcontractor coordination for all projects, daily scheduling for all jobs and projects.
Understand and enforce company and job site safety rules and procedures while following company policies.
Accept job assignments, gather information for successful completion of project.
Daily post to meet program work requires.
Available for monthly call rotation for 24/7 on call emergency phone monitoring
Lead other in the technical tasks at hand.
Encourage other employees to apply good work ethics and adhere to company policies.

Experience with insurance companies is a major plus!
