Production Support Analyst II - Production Support Services - Livonia

The Production Support Analyst will be expected to provide production support, business support and project support functions for Corporate Treasury Management customer facing applications. The analyst will provide system monitoring, exception processing, reconcilement duties, process enhancements and overall customer service. System testing, system enhancements and problem solving are also the core responsibilities. The analyst will identify, communicate and escalate potential risk factors related to daily functions and/or responsibilities. The analyst must communicate effectively with management, peers, clients, and be a contributing team member.

Position Responsibilities

* Provide production support and problem resolution with appropriate escalation and follow up * Provide business support and direction to other team members as well as Treasury Management * Complete system monitoring and problem resolution with appropriate escalation and follow up * Train other team members on the various functions performed throughout the unit * Create, maintain and update procedures and checklists for the supported applications and related functions * Actively participate in project and product meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time * Create test plans, test scripts, and execute user acceptance testing * Effectively communicate in written and verbal formats to various audiences * Effectively utilize prioritization, organization and time management skills as well as multitasking

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 4 years of banking experience * 3 years' experience working with incident resolution or problem determination * 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) * 2 years' experience developing UAT plans/scripts * 1 year of experience with system monitoring, file loads, and alerts * 1 year of experience Incident Management, client notifications, and escalation
