Production Support Consultant The Production Support Consultant is responsible for taking a lead role on projects; eliciting requirements, performing testing, providing production and business support of applications utilized within the Electronic Services group to ensure proper operations and minimal to no disruptions.
* Provide project management, and technical support responsibilities * Technical support responsibilities include maintenance and troubleshooting production applications as subject matter expert, onboarding new customers, training, and testing. * Provide onboarding, training and troubleshooting services to business users and customers. * Provide in-depth knowledge as subject matter expert to business users and customers. * Develop and implement departmental responses to certain compliance programs. * Perform and lead testing of applications to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. * Document and track testing defects through to resolution. * Document and/or solicit requirements for small to medium projects * Create and/or provide input into the development of moderate to complex project schedules. * Monitor and report on project schedule progress and obstacles. * Identify, document and escalate project issues and risk * Incident management and communication * Escalated research * Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements * Liaison with vendors to coordinate required technical services.

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university OR 5 years of banking experience * 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office/Access * 4 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination * 4 years of experience developing UAT plans/scripts or 4 years of Project Management
