The Professional Services Consultant will provide analysis, consultation and recommendations to clients during deployment of DNA Core Financial Software, in order to ensure clients’ business needs are met.  The right candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery and implementations and provide the best-in-class solutions to the clients’ needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Support consulting team
  • Configure and Implement DNA Core Processing Functionality
  • Document client and internal discussions and decisions
  • Execute specific duties and groups of work as assigned
  • Manage/resolve a fixed percentage of Service cases, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team
  • Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Financial institution experience or relevant experience required in applicable field
  • Travel 50%, dependent on business needs, may include weekend and holidays
  • Analytical thinking
  • Highly motivated to execute on deliverables on time
  • Must have understanding of online banking concepts/theory
  • HMTL Coding, to include: Tags, Logs, Attributes, Event Codes
  • Java Script ability to read/understand
  • DNA or other core processing system experience desired
  • Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following areas
  • Loan set up, configuration and servicing
  • Deposit set up, configuration and servicing
  • Back Office Processing
  • Accounting/Finance
  • Proficiency in MS office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Travel Required:

  • Up to 50%, may include weekend and holidays
