The Program Director position is eligible for a work at home schedule

The Program Director is responsible for leading the Commercial Migrations Command Center, which serves as the Central Intake for production issues and is responsible for resolving issues impacting our migrating groups.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
o Serves as the day-to-day Lead, providing direction to all resources involved with issue resolution

o Facilitates daily calls with Operations and the Project Team

o Develops and maintains reporting and dashboards for all levels of stakeholders, including portfolio, initiative, market, state and client.

o Presenting to status to Operations and Senior Leadership

o Supports the development of the Command Center strategic direction and any necessary process improvements

o Partners with peers to capitalize on integration and collaboration opportunities

o Identifies trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

o Provides recommendations for mitigating issue recurrence

o Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
o Experience Leading a Command Center or Production Issue resolution required

o Experience developing and presenting dashboards and status reporting to senior leadership

o Health Insurance Experience

o Requires BA/BS degree.

o Experience in supporting large size projects

o Master's degree, multiple trade certifications or other continuing education preferred.
