Program Lead - Roll-Out Team

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, one of the World's Largest Search Engines in their search to fill a Program Lead. This is part of an exciting fast growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment for 12- months with a possible extension to 2-years and the position is located in San Jose, CA.

Position Overview:
In order to become a sustainable business, product and process changes must be rapidly and methodically implemented across the business.
As the RollOut Team Program Lead you will project manage new and improved capabilities to
Express operations across multiple geos. Performance metrics and launch dates must be met,
but that must be balanced with a focus on our revenue and cost targets. The RollOut Team Program Lead will ensure that a product and/or process is fit for purpose and provide timely,
actionable feedback to upstream stakeholders where improvements are required.
The RollOut Team Program Lead requires an expert in logistics operations with superb project
management skills and a proven track record of delivering results. It will also require XFN
collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, so excellent communication and
collaboration skills are a must. Attention to detail is critical, but must be balanced with keeping
an eye on the big picture to ensure competing dependencies are aligned for key milestone
dates. Finally, you must influence crossfunctionally as necessary to ensure key objectives are
met.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience working in a processimprovement intensive role
• Bachelor's degree in operations or analytics (econ, math, stat) or equivalent
• 2+ years combined experience in Logistics Operations and/or Project/Program Management
• Experienced in data analysis and executing accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience of delivering training and change management to an outsourced workforce
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the technical and operational challenges of ecommerce
• Experience delivering multiple projects with responsibility for a project team

Responsibilities :
• Lead, plan and prioritize all rollout project activity
• Partner with key XFN stakeholders for alignment on timing, required resources and expected outcomes of rollouts
• Provide quality control on new features / processes and provide timely feedback upstream to Prod Ops / PM
• Ensure rollout planning and ongoing activity is properly documented to facilitate clear internal and XFN communication
• Communicate, orally and on paper, to senior stakeholders
