Strong leaders experienced working across executive function while attracting and developing key talent. Directs a team of Program Managers responsible for management and execution of global, cross-functional, transformation process-improvement programs using the Phase Review Process (PrP). Collaborates with business VP/GMs and peer functional leaders, comprehending complex business factors to develop and implement strategic plans and business objectives. Develops departmental strategies and processes that support the pan Dell strategies/objectives. Governs program execution. Interacts with BU sales organizations to communicate organizational information, strategies, capabilities etc. to aide business acquisition and development activities. Directs the work of indirect functional contributors in the definition and execution of strategies, objectives and/or programs Requirements -12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience -8 years Senior Leadership experience -Intellectual capacity. -Cross-functional team management -People management. -Ability to view situations objectively from different perspectives. -Ability to frame situations and make/drive decisions. -Ability to influence. -Thinks and leads strategically.
