Collaborates with business VP/GMs and peer functional leaders, comprehending complex business factors to develop and implement strategic plans and business objectives. Develops departmental strategies and processes that support the pan Dell strategies/objectives. Governs program execution. Interacts with BU sales organizations to communicate organizational information, strategies, capabilities etc. to aide business acquisition and development activities. Directs the work of indirect functional contributors in the definition and execution of strategies, objectives and/or programs
