The Bing Growth & Engagement team has two main goals 1) grow our overall user base, and 2) grow the number of highly engaged users. The team has bold ambitions and is working on multiple investment areas to achieve them. We’re looking for a PM that can work across multiple teams to envision, drive alignment and then effectively manage execution towards quickly delivering experiments, engaging features and/or engagement platforms that will help grow our overall & highly engaged users.

An ideal candidate would have:
Strong user empathy and UX senses along with the ability to express your features/ideas in simple, clear scenarios, problem statements, requirements and specifications;
A love for data as well as strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; experience in statistical analysis is a plus;
An entrepreneurial spirit: a self-starter, problem solver and highly driven to grow our product usage & engagement;
Interest in hypothesis driven product development, including testing and A/B experimentation
Passion for design and ability to effectively share your point of view and expertise with the broader team;
Leadership and collaborative skills: ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and customers;
Stay on top of technology trends and drive new ideas/concepts/technologies into the product.

Minimum qualifications:
3+ years PM, product development or related experience.
2+ years’ experience on Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, HTML, CSS, shell scripts, Linux, BSD, AWS, Git, Windows, or Adobe
BS/BA degree. MS degree preferred.
