This available position is with an organization that is considered to be a thriving leader in the Payment industry. The Program Manager will oversee various certification processes. This candidate must have over 5 years of program management experience. Duties Oversee various certification processes. Identify relevant monthly metrics and gather data to populate the metrics; help optimize the process for speed and success. Monitor existing certifications for expiration and insure re-certification is complete prior to the expiration. Work across the engineering, product and supply chain teams to accomplish results. Skills: Understanding of payments industry, product development lifecycles, engineering development processes, use of tools for tracking (i.e., Excel), and communicating (i.e., Powerpoint, Share point, etc). 2+ years experience with payment product certification process. 5+ years program management experience a must. Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in engineering (such as EE, CE, CS); M.S. preferred.
