We’re looking for a Program Manager with the right mix of technical depth, online services experience and cross-org collaboration skills to help grow our SharePoint Online service.

In just a few years, Office365 has become a multi-billion-dollar business, winning the title of being the fastest growing product in Microsoft, with many fans in Enterprise and Small Business. Over this short period of time, we’ve transformed our on premise products to great cloud solutions. We’re building the next wave of Office 365 solutions to grow to hundreds of millions of monthly active users.

The OneDrive and SharePoint team is looking for a star Program Manager to deliver the best in class solutions for managing and running the service. We are already one of the largest services in Microsoft and our service is continuing to grow exponentially in size. This exponential growth is pushing the limits of our current service management solutions. We are looking for a Program Manager who can build innovative solutions in this space that make it easy to manage our service without any human intervention and are as cost efficient as possible.

If you’re ready to work on one of the largest and fastest growing cloud solutions in the world, lead some of the cutting-edge technologies for managing cloud services, work with partners across Office 365 and other Service Management leaders in Microsoft, and become a thought leader to help drive the transition to our next generation of Service Management solutions, this is the role for you.

About the team

As part of the Office 365 organization, we have taken SharePoint, the most popular collaboration platform and productivity suite in the world (over 125 million users!), and made it a cloud service giving businesses the functionality, reliability, and rapid innovation it needs without the burden of IT infrastructure and support costs. As leaders in the market for cloud productivity software, SharePoint extensibility and ecosystem power billions in partner revenue, and our partner conferences drew tens of thousands of attendees.

We are a team that loves big challenges and has a long history of shipping features for the Office organization. Every week we work on a very broad set of technologies and problems, we own the service fabric for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for business, and manage the platform that enables the frequent innovations to reach our hundreds of millions of SharePoint and OneDrive customers.

About the Position

We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and drive the team, work closely with our engineers and other partner’s teams across Microsoft, to innovate and improve our service management solutions, and ensure we can continue to grow our cloud as rapidly as we do, while improving efficiency and reducing our costs. A PM that can provide immediate impact on projects like deployment software, machine imaging and baseline management, certificate management, and more.

Succeeding in this role will require the following skills and experience:
- Good communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
