Are you interested in joining the operations team supporting Oracle's growth in the cloud? Oracle Public Cloud is experiencing significant growth resulting in a rapid expansion of the Operations team supporting new product introduction, the supply chain and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
Cloud Operations Program Manager will be responsible for managing NPI and Sustaining for rapidly accelerating Cloud products. They will be the face of Operations (hardware supply chain and manufacturing operations) and will work daily with Design Engineering and Cloud installation teams around the globe. Their primary focus will be receiving hardware requirements from engineering and coordinating team resources to make that design a hardware reality. This includes but is not limited to BOM definition, material positioning strategies, production continuity, factory infrastructure/tooling, capacity planning, forecast planning, process definition, schedule planning and execution, ECO implementation planning, weekly management reviews and risk mitigation.

This Cloud Operations Program Manager will be located in Seattle, Washington with one of our engineering development centers while working closely with the Hillsboro Factory, Operations teams. Oracle's internal manufacturing facility located in Hillsboro, Oregon provides final integration and test for our Cloud Engineered Systems, and Networking product lines. The site is supported by a cross functional organization represented by Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations and Program Management. This is a collaborative team providing solutions for complex products, executing in a fast paced environment and delivering quality product to our customers around the world.

Our ideal candidate would have 5-10 years' experience as a program/project manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. They can manage through the pressure associated with mission critical programs. This person has detailed organization techniques to manage multiple complex program at a time. This person has strong relationship building skills to allow for effective influencing and results. This person has the ability to deliver succinct, impactful and professional communication. They can easily adjust their communications to the appropriate audience. This person's output and delivery is always up to professional standards. This person has the desire to excel in their career and aspires to a leadership position.

Deep understanding of manufacturing, product life-cycle management, supply chain operations, and Cloud deployments is highly desired.

Qualifications:
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
