We are seeking a dynamic program manger with up-to-date communication skills.

The job requires that you are comfortable in the cloud software space.

This job will require the person to be responsible for coordinating and delivering templates and content that is leveraged by Cloud Operations teams at Oracle for sending out Customer communication. Some of this becomes templatized versus other communication is ad-hoc. There are multiple elements of a template, and this person will assume this total ownership including, but not limited to: design, work with subject matter experts/development/QA teams, evaluate proper email titles to use, proper images, liaise with legal, seek buy in from stakeholders, plan rollout to the various notifications tools, understand limitations of notifications tools and their roadmap, manage schedules for translation and tools rollout, and much more.

Quick turnaround time, follow through on deliverables, understanding of schedule and deadlines, attention to details - quality, able to work in team and alone, and can transform complex topics into simple summaries.

Qualifications:
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
