The eBay B2C Selling team is responsible for the core Seller platform that handles inventory/listing on-boarding and management via API, Feeds and Web. We also manage the pricing and subscriptions platform that does all fee calculations for every transaction on the site. In addition, we support marketing levers and AI based guidance to help our sellers grow.
The B2C Selling team is seeking a fun and experienced Global Business Operations person to help drive key operational needs spanning both our product and business organizations. This person will drive annual planning along with optimization of workflow processes, track complex programs, assist in special projects and decision making towards goal delivery, create executive presentations and manage operational dependencies both internal and external.

Ability to understand and facilitate the process by which frameworks are created whether for process improvements or strategy creation
Quantitative and analytical to both pull data and make data driven decisions based on inferences from the data
Artful PPT creation skills
E-commerce and Agile Methodology domain expertise is a plus
