Through the Universal Store, Microsoft is empowering developers, creators, and sellers to reach hundreds of millions of customers with their amazing apps, add-ons and services. Through the Universal Dev Center, we provide a breadth of functionality, supporting the full life cycle of digital content management, including development and quality validation, release management, sales and marketing and financial reporting. The scope of content being managed, and the capability offered through the Universal Store is ever-evolving, and we are seeking a Program Manager to join us on this amazing journey to build out the next wave of capabilities. Whether its enabling new programs to the store, extending our monetization capability or providing the right set of customers’ analytics - we have an opportunity for you.

If you are customer focused, data curious & data driven, and excited by the digital marketplace arena, then come join our team. You will have a clear opportunity to define the charter and deliver engagement and monetization features in an agile manner as afforded through a modern service stack.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with multiple internal and external partner teams
to set the vision, drive alignment across groups, and execute
on the plan to ship your services.
• Drive the design and implementation of components across our
Engagement and Monetization portfolio based on key
developer, partner and publisher scenarios that expand across
multiple Engineering teams in Microsoft.
• Gather feedback from developers, publishers, partners and
internal Microsoft groups to identify key adoption and
implementation blockers, and drive continuous product and
service improvements.
• Identify key compliance risks and metrics to drive our services
and deliver always completely, accurately and on time.

This position is located in our Redmond, WA campus.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of program management experience and shipping
products
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent track record of cross group collaboration
• Experience writing functional specifications, and collaborating
with software engineers
• Ambitious, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
