Become a key member of Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) in Raleigh, NC and build the next generation of cloud development services. Today VSTS provides software development teams with project and bug management, Git, build automation, testing and more. We ship on a cloud cadence and deliver features every three weeks at visualstudio.com, which is built on Azure and growing quickly.


We are looking for a technical program manager to help us with our Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) services.


You would be responsible for helping to drive that investment; from working with customers, identifying requirements, proposing & designing solutions. You would then work closely with your development team to deliver it to customers. We need someone who can work effectively with customers, partners & our sales field.


The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background. Previous experience as a developer is a plus. Experience with a broad set of development platforms & tools (ex. Java, Mobile, Node, etc…) is desired. If you are currently a developer, with great communication and problem solving skills, looking to have a broader impact, we would love to talk.


Strong familiarity with industry ALM tools (version control, builds, etc…) is a plus. A desire to build something great and improve the lives of millions of developers is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years of industry Program or Product management experience on a software development team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A CS/engineering degree or previous experience as a developer
